Introduction

Wedding Videography and Photography: You’re going to want to remember your wedding day. Trust me: For my wedding I had a first-time wedding photographer and no videographer. It was such a wonderful day but we can’t go back and watch our wedding day. We’ll capture your joy and allow you to share it with all of your friends and family that couldn’t make it. We’ll tell the story of your whole wedding day so you can remember it forever. Watch one of our films to see what we mean. After you’ve watched our work and read our reviews, contact us so we can setup a phone call, Zoom, or FaceTime. Wedding photography is $350 per hour and that includes 20 pictures per hour edited. For $450 per hour we edit all of the best photos we take per hour (it can be over 100 for a wedding) Wedding videography packages start at $2,499. Our most popular package is $3,499 and includes a wedding trailer, a highlight film, full ceremony film, full wedding toasts, and full formal dances.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My specialty is writing, helping companies create content that engages customers. These projects are generally a fixed amount depending on how involved the project is and the gear required.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to be forward about telling clients about what might not work. Most videographers are just excited to get clients and never really give any input about the actual product. Most business content on social media is boring and has no engagement, humor, excitement, etc., with the viewer. Many companies do not have enough sales experience as well, so I try and help with that: what is it we're selling and why do they need to take action. Videography is simple, engaging content that finds you new customers isn't.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a background in sales (five years) and teaching (six years).

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I’ve always been interested and involved with technology. Once film editing became digital, I was hooked.

What types of customers have you worked with?

From a large corporation like Uber to non-profits like Lutheran Community Services NW.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I try to be efficient. Some advertising work has been done with only one day of shooting.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Most of the people you'll find have good equipment and know how to operate it. But do they know sales? Do they know how to write something that engages the audience?
